Praktikanten

I morgon är sista dagen på veckan och gud vad skönt och jag hoppas att vi slipper ännu slipper praktikanten! Börjar dagen som vanligt 06.00 på måndag morgon och kl.10 dyker en samordnare upp och ska snacka, med sig har han en tjej som bara står på sidan om, säger ingenting, inte samordnaren heller i första taget. Jag står där som ett frågetecken tills han talar om att hon ska vara med oss den här veckan. Jaha?? Vi tittar på varann och vet precis vad den andra tänker..

Hon ber oss sätta oss ner och berätta hur vårat schema ligger, vilka tider vi gör vad och hur lång tid det tar. För det första.. Varför ska hon veta vad vi gör från kl.06 och hur lång tid de tar fram till hon börjar när hon inte ens börjat? Hon jobbar alltså 50% - Hon antecknar noggrannt och frågar sedan "Har ni tid med det här" NEJ svarar jag men vi lär väl göra det iaf... Det första hon påpekar är att hon skulle vara väldigt effektiv och snabb, är lättlärd osv...

Vi har alltså 4 objekt dagligen.. och människan sinkar vår tid så jag höll på bli galen! Detta är vårat 2a objekt som hon dök upp till.. Antingen är det grundstäd eller tillsyn på toalett, kontor, m.m och så börjar hon slita i dukarna och ska städa toaletten fast den ser ok ut och inget behövdes göras. Vi bara står där och tittar på varann liksom.. Vad gör hon? Sen ska hon torka golvet. Tycker du att det behövs? frågade jag. Ja det är jätteskitigt säger hon. Jag följer med och det visar sig att det är väggen det rasar betongdelar ur. Ja, men det där är väl inget menade vi på. Shit vad hon hade synpunkter..... Hur städar ni egentligen?

Sen går vi till en annan byggnad i närheten där jag skruvade med skon på en fläck för att se hur hårt de satt. Då utbrister hon: Verkligen jättefin städning hörru. Det tycker jag, verkligen! På ett sarkastiskt sätt. Det bara kokade i mig... Jag orkade inte ens förklara mig, eller det tänkte jag inte ens, för hon verkade helt dum i huve rent ut sagt.

När vi kommer tillbaks till byggnad nr 1 så stannar en arbetare och talar om att de inspekterat städningen här om dagen och att högsta bossen inte var nöjd med bl.a lampor som hänger högt i tak, (dem ska vi inte städa äver huvudtaget för det är en tilläggstjänst) och att det var skräpigt runt sopkorgarna. Mer hinner han inte säga förän drygskallen öppnar käften och svarar: "Verkligen bra att du säger till. Det var det jag tyckte oxo, det var min 1a dag igår" Vadå få oss att känna som om vi inte gör vårat jobb? Vilken IDIOT.

Hon sinkade dessutom våran tid så mycket att vi blev sena ifrån tredje stället, och vi fick stressa för att hinna klart till 15. Själv slutade hon ju vid lunch redan så hon kunde ju jobba hur segt som helst om hon ville. Vart tog snabbheten som hon skröt om så mycket innan, vägen??

Jag visade ganska direkt att jag inte gillade hennes attityd, och valde att prata så lite som möjligt med henne och städade helst en bit ifrån. Men ofta så kom hon ju och klagade över att allt gick så långsamt och att det var för mycket dötid... Vadå det är våra arbetsuppgifter och hon är praktikant! Hon får väl för fan ta och rätta sig efter oss. Inte ska vi stressa på bara för hon dampar! Och jaa, eftersom ingen av oss har körkort får vi ju sitta och åka buss runt halva stan för att komma till alla objekt. Det var inte meningen att jag skulle jobba med er egentligen, men jag blev tilldelad att vara med er iaf. Ja, och? Prata med arbetsgivaren ist inte oss. Vi kan inte hjälpa dig och vill heller inte höra massa gnäll hela tiden.

Om det inte passar, inte vårat problem.
